How it works

You set the target, we fill the diary

Armada is an AI-native growth system that runs on its own. AI agents build, launch and optimise your campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Our media buyers supervise and make the calls.

1

We map your area

Your service radius, your competitors, the jobs you actually want: full redesigns, patios, fencing, maintenance.

2

We build and launch, even mid-season

Visuals, copy and campaigns live in under 4 hours. Nothing to prepare between jobs.

3

We turn the volume up before the quiet months

Every pound is steered towards your cost per quote request. We turn it down when the diary is full.

Why Armada

A system that follows your season, not an ad calendar

We count jobsNo impressions, no CPM. We count quote requests that landed in your inbox.
Winter is what fills the summerA garden gets decided in January and called in at the first warm weekend. That's when peak season volume is built, while your competitors wait for the phone to ring.
Budget asked before the site visitTimeframe and budget range are on every request. You know whether the job interests you before you get in the van.
You control the tapTurn the volume up before the quiet months, shut it off when the diary is full. No notice, no penalty, and you only pay on results.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does the target cost per quote request work?
You decide the most a quote request is worth to you, and your monthly budget. The agents steer every campaign towards that number: what costs more gets cut, what costs less gets scaled. You see what's spent and what it returns. If the target isn't met, that's our problem, not your invoice.
What counts as a qualified quote request?
A homeowner in your area who has submitted a request with their contact details, town, project type, approximate plot size, timeframe and a rough budget range. You know whether the job is one you want before you drive out to it.
I'll lose half a day quoting jobs that never close.
That's the real question in this trade, and it's why timeframe and budget are on the form: you sort before the site visit. If the standard of enquiry isn't right, we raise the target cost to reach more committed projects.
What's the point of running this in winter?
Winter is when it matters most. A garden gets decided in the cold months and called in at the first warm weekend. The job in the quiet season is to fill the busy one, while your competitors wait for the phone to ring.
I mostly do maintenance, not design. Does this still work?
Yes, and the targeting is not the same. A maintenance contract sells on regularity and proximity, a redesign sells on the project. We point campaigns at the kind of work you want to fill, and the target cost follows: a maintenance contract isn't worth the same as a full redesign.
I only have a Facebook page. Is that enough?
Yes. A Facebook page or an Instagram account with photos of your work is enough to start, and job photos are exactly what makes the difference in this trade. If you have neither, say so on the form and we'll adapt.
What happens after I join the waitlist?
Your target is stored with your details. As soon as a place opens in your area, we call you, and campaigns can be live within 4 hours, with no further prep.
Do I need to supply visuals or copy?
No. Everything is generated by the agents and signed off by our media buyers, which matters when your days are on site.
Which platforms do you run on?
Google, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. The split depends on your area and your results, and it shifts continuously.
Is there a commitment?
None. Shut it off when the diary is full and turn it back on before the quiet months.
